The scope is the most important document in the project. Therefore, this is one of the most extensive chapters in the book.

We begin with the specification (the spec).
The project is constrained by the cost, the schedule and the scope (the project content). These are often referred to as the “Triple Constraints.”
However, sometimes, a project management concept doesn’t make sense to us. Here is an example: The trade off between the cost, the schedule, and the scope is often referred to as the “Iron Triangle.”
