Quality in project management is a complex issue, covering a wide variety of concepts. We like Garvin’s definition of quality:
We feel this is a much more sophisticated definition of quality than “conformance to requirements,” which is the traditional PM definition. It covers many more of the issues that stakeholders are likely to worry about.
